Character-Driven
The Owner’s Lounge delivers exclusive content and candid walkthroughs from influencers such as Dwayne Johnson, Anna Faris, and Paul Rudd. Content takes center stage, with interviews, videos, and supporting materials delivered in fresh new ways.

A wide range of content and featured products is made available through the Owner’s Lounge. Interactive demos, walkthroughs, and product releases are showcased, often paired with dedicated landing pages and social campaigns to extend the shelf life of each experience.

A new device order flow was created to provide a guided experience while surfacing important information such as carrier options, trade in availability, and interactive walkthroughs.

An editorial space was also created to give Samsung a dedicated home for news, reviews, and announcements about future devices.
